Chinese fibers save Russian troops

This is simply a mill owned by Optic fibre Systems in Sarańsk. The plant was damaged as a consequence of a series of Ukrainian strikes in April and May 2025 and has not resumed operations since. Before production stopped, it produced about 4 million kilometres of fibre optics per year, supplying nearly 20 Russian cable producers.
