Chinese units damaged the Philippine ship

The Philippines Coast defender accused on Tuesday of the forces of the PRC of damaging a Philippine ship in the South China Sea through a coordinated water cannon attack and of blocking the entrance to the disputed Scarborough atoll by means of a floating barrier. 2 units were attacked.
