Chinese “Terminator”? Beijing invests in armor

In 2025 [Chinese People's Liberation Army](https://defence24.pl/geopolitics/chiny-rounding-taiwan-greatest-executions-with-Russia-in-tle-commentary) presented a fresh household of combat vehicles, which collectively was described as kind 100. It is presently unknown whether the base vehicle is classified as [basic tank](https://defence24.pl/industry/paper-red-smoke-problems-with-Chinese-bears) (i.e. ZTZ-100) or as a light tank (i.e. ZTQ-100). On the basis of this platform, a combat vehicle was besides built, and we do not have confirmation that we are dealing with a combat infantry vehicle (ZBD-100) or a fire support vehicle due to the fact that its military designation is not known. It is so possible that further variants of the vehicle are under development.
