Chinese tanks offered to Colombia

According to Infodefensa.com, a delegation of the Chinese defence company Norinco has proposed to the Colombian Armed Forces the acquisition of its products as part of a broad package including, m.in, mine-resistant vehicles (MRAP), SH-15 artillery systems and VT-4 main conflict tanks. Will Bogotá decide to buy them?
