Chinese challenge or threat – how to read another increase in defence spending in China ( OPINION)

The People's Republic of China (PRC) intends, one more time in fresh years, to allocate more backing than in the erstwhile year to its defence. Prime Minister Li Keqiang announced that his state must now increase the preparation of its Chinese People's Liberation Army (CHALW) and this is motivated both by the implementation of long-term modernisation plans and by gathering complex safety challenges.
