China MFA: We do not carry out atomic weapons tests

Mao stated during her regular briefing that China "has always followed the way of peaceful development, pursued a policy of refraining from atomic weapons being the first, respected the atomic self-defense strategy and respected its commitment to suspend atomic tests".
