China wants to stabilize Sino-US relations

“Our highest precedence is to stabilize the Sino-U.S. relation and avoid any misunderstandings after a series of misguided words and actions by the United States,” China's abroad Minister Qin Gang said Monday during an interview with U.S. Ambassador to Beijing Nicholas Burns.
