China wants closer military cooperation with Russia

The defence ministers' talk is another signal to proceed a very close military and political relation between Beijing and Moscow, which has been referred to as a "comprehensive strategical partnership" for years. The Chinese minister's declaration appears at a time erstwhile intense discussions are taking place in the global arena about the end of the war in Ukraine
