The Belt and way initiative has grown by another state. It's Colombia. On Wednesday, during the gathering of Colombia and China's leaders, Gustavo Petro and Xi Jinping, an agreement was signed on this issue. Observers have no uncertainty - China is increasingly actively entering Latin America with its initiatives, trying to make a counterweight against the influences of the United States.
