The Chinese Ministry of Commerce announced a decision that could specify a fresh chapter in global technological competition. Beijing has importantly expanded the export control of uncommon earth metals and their acquisition and processing technologies. This is simply a decision that comes only a fewer weeks before the expected gathering of China and US leaders, at the APEC summit in South Korea.
