China: "leader of everything" strengthens control of the army

During the decade Xi Jinping tightened his control of the army and planted key committees with his supporters. It is now called "leader of everything" and has been recognized as the strongest Chinese leader since Mao Zedong and 1 of the most powerful men in the world.
