China blocks import of ruminants from Poland. Beijing fears disease

The General Administration of Customs of China has blocked the import of ruminants and animal products from Poland and Croatia. This is due to 2 outbreaks of bluetongue, which were detected in the Lower Silesian and West Pomeranian provinces.
