China blames US for worsening relation that could lead to confrontation

Chinese abroad Minister Qin Gang accused the US on Tuesday of trying to constrain China and stoking tensions in bilateral relations. If Washington doesn't change course, there will be “conflict and confrontation” that could have “catastrophic consequences,” he warned.
