China and Cuba negociate plans to build military training center

The Wall Street diary late reported that China and Cuba are presently negotiating plans to build a military training facility on the island, prompting alarm in the US, which fears Chinese troops and intelligence operations could be carried out from just 160 kilometres from the American coast.
