China and Belarus strengthen cooperation

The leaders of Belarus and China, Alaksandr Lukashenka and Xi Jinping, signed on Wednesday in Beijing a package of 16 papers that can facilitate the circumvention of sanctions by providing assistance to Russia by Belarus - the American think tank Institute of War Studies (ISW) informs in its latest assessment.
