China and Belarus strengthen cooperation

The leaders of Belarus and China, Alaksandr Lukashenko and Xi Jinping, signed a package of 16 papers in Beijing on Wednesday that could make it easier to bypass sanctions by delivering aid to Russia through Belarus, the American think tank Institute for War Studies (ISW) said in a fresh assessment.
