Local governments all over Poland look forward to fresh regulations that are to unlock funds for building inexpensive housing for rent. The draft amendment of the Act on social forms of housing development, crucial for the improvement of municipal and student buildings, after more than a year of consultation was yet adopted by the Council of Ministers on 18 March 2025. According to Samorzad.pap.pl portal, the task is now waiting for consideration by the Sejm.
