Preparing a fire station, mapping classes, long marches and beating a tactical loop, all during sulfurous frosts. Volunteers of voluntary essential military service began the first primary training circular of this year in Lower Silesia. Many of them are already planning specialist training to join the professional army.

Shooting classes went very well for me, which is besides due to instructors, who explained it well – says the general elevation of Popp. He emphasizes that intellectual attitude is besides crucial in training, making physical effort easier to cope with. “I have prepared myself in this respect, so I am leaving the shield from confronting the realities of soldier life.” “I had the biggest problem with discipline, but I besides dealt with it”, he said.

A 25-year-old Nicodemus Jaslanek came to training for the Saints' Brigade from Żar. He was motivated to change his job, and in the army, he saw a chance of professional stability. As he says, the military offers a good wage for service to the country and citizens. Everything is already planned: after 8 months of specialist training, he would like to stay as a professional soldier in the Holy Brigade. “I’m reasoning about training in a reconnaissance group or in tank service as a loader,” Nicodemus Jaslanek declares.

How was his training?
