Chaos in the short-term rental industry

As of May 20, 2026, the EU regulation on short-term rentals will take effect. There is practically no more chance that the government will have time with its project. Poland 2050 is taking over the initiative. This is worse for the industry, but better for those who would like to severely restrict regular rentals.
