Chaos in municipal waste fees. Ombudsman puts force on the Ministry of Climate

The Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights intervenes in the Ministry of Climate and Environment regarding unclear rules for calculating fees for municipal waste. The Commissioner for Human Rights receives many complaints regarding buildings with multiple owners, where separate ownership of premises has not been established. In specified cases, serious doubts arise as to who should pay for waste. The Commissioner for Human Rights asks whether the ministry is aware of the problem and whether it plans to solve it.
