Soon thousands of children will not receive a benefit of 800 plus, and not due to the fact that they are adult. On the contrary. All due to the fact that an crucial change will come into force in a fewer weeks, which introduces an additional condition for beneficiaries.
So far 800 plus (previously 500 plus) received all underage kid regardless of parents' income. However, this will change on June 1, 2025. From that day, the implementation of the school work (science) in the Polish facility for older children will enter into force. There are besides 2 exceptions. Who is it? Explain.

As of June 1, changes in 800 plus come into force. Reduce the number of beneficiaries
We mentioned above, that from 1 June 2025 the necessity of fulfilling the school work (science) in the Polish facility for children who collect 800 plus will come into force. This includes 3 groups of students:

six-year-olds, carrying out yearly pre-school preparation in a zero,
children attending primary school,
young people learning in secondary schools.


However, there are 2 exceptions to this rule. These are: small children besides tiny to carry out the school work and students of the last classes of secondary schools. Nevertheless, the fresh work may deprive 800 plus even a fewer tens of thousands of children, especially those from Ukraine.

On May 31, the current service period ends and a fresh 1 begins, for the years 2025/2026. Therefore, ZUS recalls the fast submission of applications for 800 plus. Otherwise, you can lose the continuity of benefits payments and possibly compensation. It should be borne in head that now applications for 800 plus can only be submitted electronically in 1 of the following ways:

through the PUE ZUS platform,
in the mZUS mobile application,
on the Emp@tia portal,
in electronic banking.
