From February 2026, ZUS will begin to control whether Ukrainian citizens who collect 800 plus, actually work or learn in Poland. The fresh rules are part of the law on assistance to citizens of Ukraine, which prolongs their legal stay, but at the same time introduces stricter rules for granting household benefits.
