Changes in the rocket Troops Board

The head of the Ministry of defence Mariusz Błaszczak appointed Brig. Gen. Grzegorz Potrzuski as head of the Rocket Troops Board of the General Command of Armed Forces Types and Artillery and Col. Mariusz Majerski as commander of the 1st Artillery Brigade.
