Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky has nominated Denys Shmyhal for the post of First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Energy. At the same time, he expressed hope that his candidacy would be supported by the parliament. This is another decision on personnel changes in the Ukrainian administration.
