Changes in the German-French giant. The state will take over the maker of Leopards

The KNDS consortium consists of 2 main entities: KNDS Deutschland, i.e. the erstwhile Krauss Maffei Wegmann, and KNDS France, i.e. the erstwhile Nexter. The German government intends to take over the shares in the German part of the consortium.
