Changes in the OC case. Ministry's idea

Insurance companies will be able to check that the PESEL number of the client buying OC insurance is restricted. If it is, the company will be able to refuse to conclude a contract - according to the assumptions of the task by the Ministry of Finance. This is intended to limit the conclusion of contracts based on stolen individual data.
