Certificates for school equipment before KIO. "They became the standard"

In mid-May, the Centre for Digital Administration (COAR) [**has announced a tender](https://cyberdefence24.pl/politics-i-right/sport-for-school-near-15-mld-zl-ministery-oglosilo-tender) for the acquisition of electronic equipment for Polish schools**. However, as we presented in our portal, the conditions for handling approx. 404,000 laptops, about 110 1000 browser laptops and about 220 1000 tablets caused discontent among Polish equipment manufacturers.
