The prices of apartments spend a dream with the eyelids of many Poles who dream of their own place. However, it turns out that this is not only a Polish problem. The fresh Deloitte study shows that in almost 2 thirds of European countries the number of completed housing investments decreased and prices per square metre increased - The biggest increases in housing prices - by over 19% - were recorded in Poland, however, and the list was headed by Kraków with an yearly increase of over 28%.
