"We kindly inform you that there may be temporary problems with logging in utilizing the Trusted Profile. These difficulties arise from the operation of external systems and are not related to the systems of the eHealth Centre or the Ministry of Health. We propose attempting to usage a different login method, e.g. mCitizen application. We apologize for the inconvenience," Cez said on X.
The trusted profile is 1 of the methods of logging into the Online Patient Account (IKP), where prescriptions and referrals are available, among others. You can besides log in to the IKP via the mCitizen app and electronic banking.
