It was about “The Vistula Line”
Sławomir Cenckiewicz, erstwhile manager of the Military Historical Office and erstwhile president of the committee for the investigation of Russian influences, reported that Prosecutor Marcin Maksjan is planning to charge him shortly with the declassified by Minister Mariusz Błaszczak of parts of the 2011 military operation, which he described as damaging and delaying defensive action against Russia.
In the series “Reset” and the book “Zgoda”, co-created with Michał Rachon, Sławomir Cenckiewicz presented the concept of defence of Poland based on the 2011 assumptions revealed by Minister Mariusz Błaszczak.
The plan of the PO-PSL government was then intended to supply for the launch of defence on the Vistula line, treated as a strategical routing for which the military would anticipate NATO support. This script was intended to quit a large part of east Poland, including Podkarpacie, Lublin, Suwałk, Warmia and Mazury. Following the change of government in 2015, this concept was abandoned as out of date.
Notification on Good Friday
The announcement to Prof. Cenckiewicz was sent by the prosecution on Good Friday, and was written by the prosecutor Maxjan. It is worth recalling that according to the reports "Gazeta Wyborcza" it was Cenckiewicz who was to initiate a review of papers at the Military Historical Office, which led to the disclosure of defence plans based on the Vistula line.

Shortly after 11.00 a.m. Marcin Maksjan – a politically polluted activist of the “smiling” prosecutor from Lex Super Omnia – sent me (or 1 of his squires) a call at the post office in Chełmska to inform me that I am a fishy and that on 7 May this year at 10 a.m. (I will be abroad) he will present me with criminal charges.
Cenckiewicz reported that he was not active in the search for papers and is innocent.
Glucose reaction
Former Minister of National Defence Mariusz Błaszczak besides referred to the case, stressing that the disclosure of plans for Poland's defence on the Vistula line from the time of the PO-PSL government, which he described as shameful, became the reason for the actions directed at him by state authorities.
He besides pointed out the prosecutor's attitude leading the case, suggesting that he might act with excessive zeal to gain the approval of the Minister of Justice. In his opinion, those seeking to uncover the fact are now being repressed, and prof. Cenckiewicz can number on his full support.
