The case Cenckiewicz informed about has been going on over the last fewer years. The trial was brought by him in connection with the protection of individual property, and its termination is simply a final judgement against Wales.
– Warsaw, May 17, 2025 Ladies and gentlemen! The fact has won, the lie has lost! On 14 May 2025, I successfully won the trial for the protection of individual property which I brought to Mr Lech Wales. It was a long process, almost six years old. – wrote Sławomir Cenckiewicz on Twitter.
Wałęsa lost the case
The entry states that Wałęsa has been obliged to “stop making public statements or publishing information that will indicate that he has falsified documents” and that he is sorry for the dissemination of false and misleading information.
Cenckiewicz added that Wałęsa in this message "will gotta inform that he was published as a consequence of a lost trial by Mr Lech Wałęsa".
