Centre for Social Opinion investigation (CBOS),is formally subject to the Prime Minister and is financed from the state budget. There are many private "progenitors" operating in Poland that conduct polls on behalf of individuals or political parties. It is known that the payer and the payer have their expectations about the results and usually these results, depending on who pays for them and what methods of the survey have been used, in many cases they are diametrically different.
