In connection with the arrest by the Central Anti-corruption Office on Thursday of president Nowy Sącz Ludomir Handzl and his deputy Artur Bochenk, the duties of authorities in the city are held by the second deputy president Bożena Borkowska, as reported by PAP Mariusz Smolen from the City President's Office.
