The head of the Ministry of Interior and Administration Marcin Kierwiński referred to anti-corruption services in social media.
"In connection with the activities of the Justice Fund, the CBA entered the Fr Rydzyk Foundation. Anyone who commits an illegal act will be responsible. Regardless of who he is, what he does," wrote the minister. "The protective umbrella over Rydzyk is the past," Kierzinski stressed.
O. Rydzyk: We have nothing to hide. We've never acted against the law.
This is not the first raid on the foundation of Father Tadeusz Rydzyk. At the beginning of December last year, CBA entered 3 offices in Toruń, Warsaw and Wrocław. At the time, however, it was about financing the Museum of Memory and Identity.
Fr. Rydzyk then stated that the activities of the services are aimed at truly "destroying" the TRWAM tv and Radio Maryja. “Some checks come to us all the time, they bother, they pull out documents. It's just a constant torment. We have nothing to hide. We've never acted against the law. Never. We have always tried to guarantee that everything about the dot and the comma is legal. Even individual erstwhile said after any control that Rydzyk could not find anything" - quoted by the Torunian redemptorist fact.pl.
“We effort not to give up. Here we go. But imagine you live with it 24 hours a day. There's quite a few lying things all day. It's all the time. And what is most painful is that the Prime Minister says it, ministers – publically lie," added the priest-businessman.
