"A Categoryial Opposition" to Border Defenders' Actions". Prime Minister's Appeal

The Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights expressed "a categoryial opposition" to actions taken by self-appointed groups of "border defenders". She besides called on the Prime Minister and the Minister of Justice to respond immediately and halt specified initiatives.
