The head of the National Electoral Commission, Sylwester Marciniak, asked the Minister of Finance, Andrzej Domański, to immediately indicate the legal basis for his request for the explanation of the National Electoral Commission resolution of 30 December last year regarding the financial study of the PiS electoral committee for the 2023 parliamentary elections.
