Care allowance in 2026. ZUS will pay out over PLN 360 to the pension without an application

In 2026, the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) will automatically pay the benefit to which any pensioners are entitled. It is simply a care allowance, which after indexation amounts to PLN 366.68 per month.
