In the media analyses so far, the favorites, in the Canadian equivalent of the Polish program “Orka”, are South Korea, Japan and... France. To limit costs, Canadians do not want to build submarines at home or make large changes to the finished task (agreement without annexes), but they besides want interoperability with their closest allied country, the United States.
