Canada with 12 submarines. A replay of the Australian bid?

Canada is considering the anticipation of purchasing up to 12 submarines for the amount of $60 billion. Currently, there is talk of conventional units with diesel-electric drive. Australia has shown, however, that it is always possible to change the requirements and effort to get atomic submarines, which would be peculiarly useful during operations in the Arctic Ocean.
