Can the fresh KRS alleviate the judicial dispute

If the fresh NCJ, most likely composed mostly of judges from the old assignment, forgets that it does not represent the full judicial community, let alone the nation, then the judiciary will face even greater shocks. But possibly reason will yet prevail.
