Former Head of Serbian Intelligence decorated by Russian FSB

Former Serbian intelligence chief Alexandar Vulin was decorated by the Russian national safety Service (FSB) for "exceptional professionalism and contribution to the cooperation of Serbian and Russian services". Vulin was blacklisted last year due to his engagement in drug trafficking and organized crime.
