Celso Vilardi's lawyer informed on Saturday that police had detained erstwhile Brazilian president Jair Bolsonaro. The politician has been detained, although he is officially under home arrest. It was due to the regulation of freedom, according to the origin of the close cause, that the services intervened. The erstwhile president was transferred after being detained to the national police office in the city of Brasilia.

The Brazilian ultimate Court judge, who decided to detain Bolsonaro, Alexandre de Moraes, reported that the action was preventive due to the "high hazard of escaping" right-wing policy.
Jair Bolsonaro was charged with attempted coup after the 2022 election. Bolsonaro was besides to persuade the United States authorities to intervene to halt the proceedings. In September, the court sentenced the erstwhile president of Brazil to 27 years and 3 months in prison.
Due to Bolsonaro's advanced age – a politician has late finished his 70th birthday – the defence of the erstwhile president has applied for the anticipation of jail time under home arrest.
