The erstwhile minister handed over a CBA memo to the media. There's an investigation

The Public Prosecutor's Office examines the case of abuse of powers by officers in connection with the release of papers from proceedings preceding the inspection of horse studs in Janów Podlaski and Michałów. This is simply a CBA memo which the Minister of Agriculture Krzysztof Jurgiel gave to the media in March 2016.
