NIP of purchasers on invoices – changes since February 2026.

From 1 February 2026, the rules for NIP listing on invoices issued will be clarified. This number will should be entered on the invoice erstwhile the purchaser is simply a taxable individual not registered for VAT purposes, e.g. who benefits from VAT exemption.
