The Rules of Procedure Committee of the Sejm, which examined the prosecution's request to waive immunity and the arrest of Zbigniew Ziobra in connection with fraud at the Justice Fund, agreed to deprive the erstwhile Minister of Justice of immunity and to detain and temporarily arrest him.
