Bulgaria will take over the Łukoil refinery. Russians without voting rights

The Bulgarian authorities have prepared legislative solutions to let the acquisition of the Łukoil refinery in Burgas and its subsequent sale to the fresh owner. The US sanctioned Łukoil will not have the right to vote and will not be able to challenge this decision.
