The Bulgarian Interim Government, which was appointed by president Rumen Radev, submitted to Parliament a 10-year plan to modernise the armed forces with a full value of EUR 4.5 billion. As part of the plan, the government plans to acquisition fighters, submarines, combat infantry cars, radars and ships.
