Bulgaria's interim government, which was appointed by president Rumen Radev has submitted a 10-year plan to modernize the armed forces totalling €4.5 billion to parliament. As part of the plan, the government plans to acquisition fighters, submarines, infantry fighting vehicles, radars and ships.
