Bulgaria does not plan to transfer its MiG-29s to Ukraine

On April 12, the Bulgarian Ministry of defence announced that it had never declared or offered to hand over its MiG-29 fighter aircraft to Ukraine. The above announcement is the consequence of leaked papers in the United States, which, m.in, suggested this kind of step by the authorities in Sofia.
