MON budget plans. What responsibilities does a cyber-military commander have?

The head of the MON Mariusz Błaszczak issued a decision that amends any of the provisions in force so far regarding the budget planning of the resort. Among another things, the tasks that lie in this area are presented by the Commander of the Cyberspace defence Army.
