Brussels Wants to Talk Tariffs with Washington, Proposes Solution

The European Commission proposes to Donald Trump to increase imports from the US by 50 billion dollars (equivalent to the trade deficit) to defuse trade tensions. An American organization of shoe retailers has asked D. Trump to exclude their products from tariffs.
