The European Commission has made AliExspress's commitment on the transparency of the platform's ads and its advice systems binding, but it inactive sees violations of the Digital Services Act (DSA), European Commission Vice-President Henna Virkkunen said during the EU CEE Digital Summit in Gdansk.
